Healing the Inner Rebel: Releasing the Fight Against Authority, Rules, & Structure
Discipline and freedom can exist together.
Some people rebel because it's fun. Others do it because it's survival. If you grew up in a home where control was constant, or chaos ruled instead, you probably learned that authority meant danger and rules meant losing yourself.
Fast-forward to adulthood. That old wiring still runs the show. Maybe you resist schedules, flinch at structure, or sabotage anything that feels like “discipline." You call it independence, but deep down, it's protection.
Through Body Code and deep subconscious work, we can trace that resistance to the energy imbalances it left behind: feelings of powerlessness, betrayal, or trapped energy that still fire up the nervous system whenever someone (or something) tells you what to do.
Healing isn't about forcing yourself to obey. It's about releasing the emotions that keep you stuck in fight mode, so structure no longer feels like a cage, it feels like support.
You don't have to choose between freedom and order. The healed version of you knows they can coexist beautifully.
